Quadrum Ski & Yoga Resort

Embedded into the landscape, 2200 m high in Georgia’s snowy Caucasus mountains, Quadrum Ski & Yoga Resort is a modern alpine retreat made entirely from recycled shipping containers.

Designed by architects Sandro Ramishvili and Irakli Eristavi, the eco-friendly ski hotel cascades down the mountainside, leaving the environment virtually untouched.

Each timber-clad shipping container serves as a room, offering fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. All units are decorated in elegant minimalist style, using natural, locally sourced materials, and the spacious suites come with private terraces and Jacuzzis.

The property, which is the first boutique hotel in Upper Gudauri, is steps away from the slopes, and plays host to a yoga studio, a swimming pool, and a sauna.
