Is the Ketone beta-Hydroxybutyrate Good for Memory? Podcast with Professor John Newman from UCSF and The Buck Institute

Our memory is fundamental to us as humans. The remarkable capacity of the human brain defines us as a species. And variations in our minds is, to a large degree, what makes each of us different from one another. Protein Packed Waffles

And in the morning, I'm making waffles! Protein Packed Waffles that is! These waffles taste amazing, plus they are packed with protein so they will keep you feeling full longer. No more empty calories! This recipe is macro-friendly and easy to throw together! Make it with me! This recipe calls for Kodiak Cake mix. For every 1/2 cup of mix, make sure you're adding 1/2 scoop of protein and an extra 1/4 cup milk. You can adjust the recipe as needed and add milk as needed. Walden Farms is a zero calorie syrup. It is very lite, but still has that savory maple flavor we crave with breakfast food. It's great because it adds flavor without addi
