Ruff Mercy is Russ Murphy, a Bristol based animator who makes videos for everyone from Nike to Thom Yorke to Run to Jewels or whoever is lucky enough to hire him. He approved my showing his work but was to busy to answer questions so to learn more about him read here or here.
