Mario* Dante is a multidisciplinary artist and photographer whose work investigates the relationship between the familiar and unfamiliar. By understanding ubiquitous subjects such as the human body or the recognizable landscape, Dante is able to suggest narratives through emphasizing subtlety within his works. Allowing concentrated attention towards the viewers own perception, confronting them with questions of fabrication and authenticity, spontaneity and artistic process. Working and living in Philadelphia, PA. His work has been exhibited in Deptford, NJ, Philadelphia, PA. and Brooklyn, NY.
