During her last year of college, Alana Hunter—born and raised in Los Angeles, California—discovered her passion for digitally illustrating scenes that carry a hint of her favorite flower—the sunflower. Her desire to finally put her focus towards something passion-driven birthed her love for recreating scenes that mimic both her dreams and reality. From the tiny details of a window to the curvature of one’s fingers, she uses her time to perfect the various aspects of her illustrations. Rafael Sottolichio ( Canadian ) creates portraits that visualize hallucinatory experiences — whether in a dream state or otherwise. His characters appear to float through space, unconscious, donning goggles that obscure their eyes. We see them dreaming from the outside, though sometimes pieces of their visions seem to leak out into the painting as fantasy characters and abstract swirls of colour surround the sleepers. Steve Mcdonald is an established Toronto/Canadian artist who has been exhibiting and creating work across Canada, India, Italy, Scotland, and Indonesia for the past twenty years. Steve is represented worldwide by the Illozoo illustration Agency. He graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design with a diploma in Editorial Illustration in 1992.

Steve’s work consists of small on-site studies that are usually done with pencil/chalk on colored paper and large format studio work which is usually done with pencil & charcoal/chalk with acrylic washes on paper. His Instagram.
