Uwe Heine Debrodt: Bizarre Organic Gif Worlds
All of the work of Uwe Heine Debrodt has a surreal, organic and nightmare feeling to it that suggests Dali discovering 3D software. He studies both Chemistry AND Sculpture at the Academy of San Carlos in Mexico City and credits the combination of the two for the unique content of his gif work. “I think it is
because of my chemistry studies…that give the sensation of being a living organism.” He has recently produced a series of eerie tableaux that are highly unified artistically in look, feel and motion.
