Guests at This Swiss Alps Hotel Sleep Under the Stars in Alfresco Suites

With no walls or ceilings, this alfresco hotel in the Swiss Alps offers the ultimate outdoor experience. Set amidst pristine pastures and green rolling hills in the Toggenburg region, each of its three suites doubles as an art installation, containing nothing more than an open-air double bed with built-in nightstands, two lamps, and endless views of the majestic scenery.

The Zero Real Estate pop-up hotel is the brainchild of concept artists Frank and Patrik Riklin and hospitality professional Daniel Charbonnier and aims to redefine luxury and push the boundaries of traditional hospitality in a country known for its extravagant mountain resorts.

As well as sleeping under the stars, guests at the hotel receive butler service in the form of local residents wearing white gloves and bow ties, as well as a breakfast consisting of home-grown produce in the morning.
