Toshio Ebine born in 1978, Chiba Japan is an artist currently living in Kanagawa.
I’m a painter that makes pictures from imagination. My painting technique is self‐taught and I began to make works from 1998 around. The art supplies is gouache paint “Designers Colour of NICKER”. Sometimes, I create a book cover art or oil paintings or Stage flyer design and more.
