Hotel Goldgasse
Housed in a 16th-century coppersmith’s workshop, in Salzburg’s Baroque-perfect Old Town, Hotel Goldgasse is anything but ordinary. Tough steeped in the city’s cultural heritage, the design is bold and imaginative, with lots of quirky details adding vibrancy and creativeness to the period ambiance.
In the bright white rooms, antique wooden beams mix with stylish contemporary furnishings against modern-day frescoes depicting moments from the Salzburg Festival, while Smart TVs, espresso machines, and trendy SMEG refrigerators create the ultimate home-away-from-home vibe.
Paying homage to the building’s previous incarnation, the restaurant serves excellent local cuisine from copper tableware.
