The Tent House
Dreamt up by award-winning designer Chris Tate, Tent House is an avant-garde A-frame home offering sleek boutique accommodation on New Zealand’s Waiheke Island.
Surrounded by wetlands, forest, and lush vegetation, the one-of-a-kind retreat allows guests to be in contact with nature whilst maintaining all the luxuries a modern traveler craves, from a stylish fully-equipped kitchen to indoor/outdoor bluetoothed sound system.
Clad in black slats, the contemporary structure features all-white minimalist interiors, including a light-flooded open living area and a lovely tent-inspired bedroom – connected through a spiral stairway.
