Porsche Mission Formula E Concept Car by Olcay Tuncay Karabulut

Porsche wants to make batteries for Formula E, it is reported that the company has submitted a proposal to be the new battery supplier for Formula E (the all-electric racing series). FIA has started digging proposals back in March because they wanted to replace the current battery from Williams Advanced Engineering for the series’ fifth season, which is going to start in 2018.

Porsche has seriously great electric car ambitions, this company has been in charge of battery technology for VW, it’s make sense that German automaker wants in as well. This concept car has been designed to be a “quad core electric car”, it’ll need much less cooling air. Looking at it closely, there are air intakes in the lower mid section and at the top.
