Master Painter Pam Ingalls
Pam Ingalls is a master painter. The daughter of painters, she grew up in Spokane, WA. In addition to studying painting at Gonzaga University in Spokane she also studied at Accademia Di Belle Arti in Florence, Italy. Pam teaches in addition to continuing paint. She lives and works on Vashon Island, WA.
