His work follows the western tradition of gestural painting, Martin creates monochrome paintings on an aluminum background upon which the brushstroke becomes the subject of the piece. Colour is the starting point, the background remains saturated through grooves made by the brushstroke.    Did Moreres  French artist. Did Moreres’ approach on monochrome is spiritual, symbolizing the brain waves of our unconsciousness as a landscape.
