Hater: A Creative Dating App That Helps You Find People Who Dislike The Same Things

Most dating apps match people based on their interests and specific requirements like age, country, etc. This new dating app, Hater, does something opposite.

It helps you find people who dislike the same things as you. Seriously? Is it just for fun or what? No. Research does show that bonding over things you hate is much more powerful than bonding over things you like. [1]

So far the customer ratings have been quite promising, with hundreds of users rating it over 3 out of 5 stars.

A lot of users left positive comments for its creativity. One reminder though, is that you have to login facebook to use it. The company notes that in the coming new version a non-facebook login will be added.

The Surreally Scenic Photography of Karen Jerzyk

I am a self-taught, internationally published photographer from the Greater Boston area. After graduating with a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire in 2003, my parents gifted me with my first digital camera to photograph bands. I photographed thousands of bands, concentrating on both live and promotional photos (and occasionally for album covers). In 2009 I started shooting portraits of people, and ultimately decided to concentrate my focus on photographing models. My trademark of shooting elaborate scenes in abandoned buildings (when I find a location, I quite literally spends hours cleaning up and restoring it to what it may have looked like, paying attention to the smallest details such as placement of items in the room) eventually got me arrested in August 2014- I like to describe that particular event as “the best thing to ever happen to me”, after national news outlets picked up the story. I currently travel the US, photographing people for various projects. Karen Jerzyk   Via

Guinness Storehouse

Calling all beer lovers! Dublin’s famous Guinness Storehouse has partnered with Airbnb Ireland to offer Guinness fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – spend the night of 24th April in the brewery’s Gravity Bar, now converted into a luxurious loft.

The experience is part of Airbnb’s “Night At” series, and includes a personal guide of the facility, a 6-course Guinness inspired dinner, and much more.

The exclusive Toucan-themed accommodation will come with 360-degree view of the city, a telescope for stargazing, a plush bed resembling a pint of Guinness, as well as complimentary tasting bar and butler.

To enter the contest, participants should sign in with an Airbnb account and answer the question: “What makes you the world’s biggest Guinness fan?”
