Born in Amsterdam, 1981. Handiedan’s art combines some leading visual motifs complex in terms of formal composition and female subjects looking like something in between an orientally adorned female falale from a noir film and a sexually joyful pin-up from the 1950′s calendar. The alchemy operates with a mastered collage technique.

Rolls Royce Picnic Hamper to Celebrate Phantom Zenith Collection

To celebrate Phantom Zenith Collection, Rolls-Royce has created a luxurious picnic hamper. This product is a rare and collectible edition of Rolls-Royce’s incredible end-of-the-line Phantom models.

Earlier this year, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars announced that they will build 50 Phantom Zenith Collection, including much-loved Phantom Drophead Coupe and Phantom Coupe models where both have been announced to leave the stage at the end of the year. Collectors and patrons of Phantom Zenith Collection have been asked to enrich these masterpieces by giving them exclusive access to Rolls-Royce Bespoke design team. The result is the creation of a Bespoke Picnic Hamper to complement each of this new motor car.

Designer : Rolls Royce

This picnic hamper would serve as a collectors’ piece, featuring Rolls-Royce’s extraordinary craftsmanship with its customer eye for detail. Each hamper would be numbered perfectly to match each owner’s Phantom Zenith Collection motor car. Crafted from American Walnut wood, this hamper takes the concept of picnic as something to be savoured and appreciated. Each product is finished with a choice of 3 color combinations to match the interior of the car, including Ardent Red leather with black leather piping, combination of navy blue and arctic white leather, and timeless black Anthracite leather with seashell piping.

Open the hamper, it reveals a unique plaque that corresponds to the identification number give to the vehicle. The piano black picnic tables are housed inside the hamper fold out on milled aluminum hinges. Just like the armrest cappings inside the car, those hinges reference to the history of these remarkable motor cars. The shelving contains crystal wine glasses, handmade stainless steel cutlery, embroidered Rolls-Royce monogram napkins, a handcrafted American Walnut chopping board, and a set of beautiful crockery painted black with platinum detail around the edges.

Mesmerizing Street Photography by Zaki Abdelmounim Zaki...

Mesmerizing Street Photography by Zaki Abdelmounim

Zaki Abdelmounim is a Doha, Qatar-based photographer, who recently visited Hong Kong to shoot the city bathed in neon signs.

Hunting for what’s left of Hong Kong’s iconic neon signs, an essential element of this cityscape’s visual culture, covering HK’s streets for years with glow, I roamed the dazzling roads aimlessly reminiscing about a dystopian past that only existed in neo-noir cult fiction movies like Blade Runner, trying to burn these lively picturesque streets in my memory before they vanish, all while figuring out how to thrive creatively in this organized chaos.

Plumen 003 Pendant Set Features Center Gold Element to Reflects and Diffuses Light

Most people don’t care about light bulbs, but Plumen 003 Pendant Set will change your mind. This set includes Plumen’s, beautiful energy efficient light bulb and a tailor-made pendant. The design features chocolate-brown pendant that beautifully frames the bulb by covering the lamp holder join and ballast of the bulb, creating much more elegant appearance. The downward spotlight offers two functions: a focused, direct task light below or a flattering, softer sidelight.

This pendant light would work beautifully alone or in groups, the energy-efficient LED will last for 10,000 hours. The LED mimics the ambient glow of candlelight, it diffuses and reflects light through its center gold element, thus reducing glare while increasing light’s temperature.

Designers : Hulger, Claire Norcross, and Marie-Laure Giroux
