 aka Gomez

Born in Caracas (Venezuela) in 1980. Lived in London, Berlin and Rome, where he resides. The art of Gomez is symbolic and draws its inspiration from the Baroque painting, particularly from the school of Caravaggio. He revisits the romanticism, as he loves to refer to the Greek mythology and Christianity. He focuses on Humanity and its Vanity: the body both in moments of beauty that decay and, above all what transpires from his soul, in the moments in which emerges right from wrong, and good from evil.

Sarom King Flexible and Functional Metal Barbeques by Emo Design

Emo Design has submitted their latest project, King, a small collection of flexible and functional metal barbeques. Teamed up with Sarom, King is the first collection of products made of metal manufactured by the company, that was used to produce only concrete products. King is also Emo Design first metal barbeque, that allowed them to measure their skill with a type of product they know very well, especially cause they use it a lot.

Shape and contemporary colors do not compromise performance and ergonomics, while its architecture reminds of a classical chimney archetype. Charcoal, wood or just fire to heat the environment, wheels to move it quickly, a movable grid are the features that make this collection very versatile. A light and honest product that responds perfectly to the needs of the big distribution, which is constantly evolving and requires more and more emotional products with attention to costs.

These products have been designed with great care and refined in every detail to meet demanding and attentive market. We love the shape and color choices, it really enhances the Italian design without compromising the ergonomics of the products.

Raptor Waterwalker Yacht Design Inspired by Underwater Predators

Inspired by underwater creatures, Raptor Waterwalker Yacht features sleek and hydrodynamic shape. The combination of several different forms of underwater predators create a great yacht design inspiration, the result is a new form of yacht that is not restricted to any particular species, it is more associated with their innate mobility and strength. The basic idea is simple, creating a yacht that combines multi-functionality, luxury, and speed.

Inspired by bionic design, it synthesizes a natural motive with the concept of futuristic design. The main feature of this yacht lies in its innovative synthetic plate covering the hull, just like shark skin and its tooth (dermal denticles), which has been already applied to the production of swimming suits. The uniqueness carved over millions of years allows for exceptional hydrodynamics and prevents accumulation of algae and other marine organisms.

The main deck features a spacious living area, kitchen, a spa tub, and a control desk. The accommodation level consist of 3 cabins, each of them has a bathroom, and an engine room. Passengers can enjoy movable glass ceiling on the main deck that covers whole deck to create a visual effect of a compact design and speed. This glass ceiling can also be removed, leaving the deck in the open when weather permitted.

Even though the ceiling is made of glass, it is coated with special filters to protect you from UV rays. At the same time, the glasses also possess bi-functional photosensitive cells, they can gather solar energy for minor electric devices on the vessel. Raptor Waterwalker Yacht features 100-feet long body powered by 2 hydrogen engines.
