San Francisco Multifunctional Loft
Pre-fabricated, multifunctional loft designed for a rather contained 500-square foot apartment. Designed by Charles Irby and Peter Suen, the solution is a two-story area set for many uses; a work office (set with white erase board), walk-in closet and guest bedroom can all be discovered through unique arrangements.

Sketches in the Air: Delicate Figures Drawn in the Air with Welded Steel Rods by Gavin Worth
Artist Gavin Worth (previously) works with repurposed steel rods and wire welded into two dimensional sculptures appear as illustrated line drawings. Some of the artworks are meant to be viewed against the dramatic backdrop of the sky, or can be amplified through projected light and shadow. Other pieces, like his 2012 sculpture Thirst, have a kinetic component and can be rotated to reveal opposing images.
Worth recently lived in Egypt for three years and has since relocated to Switzerland. He opens a new exhibition of work at Barbara Frigerio Contemporary Art in Milan starting later this month. Thanks Colossal

Street Artist: Pantonio
Antonio Correia aka Pantonio (born 1975) is one of the most prolific and influential artists of the street art scene in Lisbon. He is known for his large-scale murals of dynamically abstract animal-hybrids. The internationally recognized artist began his career in the 1990s and holds the record for the largest mural in Europe, which can be found in Paris. Pantonio’s blue, black, and white colour palette, along with his characteristic sea-creatures, reveal influences from his home island, Azores. You can see more of Pantonio’s recent work on his Facebook.

Anna Pan, also known as annaxiin, is a Chinese-Australian illustrator and animation student.
Anna started making art in 2012, at 17 years old. She has grown a substantial following on Tumblr, with each of her drawings typically garnering a couple of thousand notes.
“I definitely started as a way to communicate small ideas as cute little comics, to make others laugh. I think being able to convey emotions through art is still one of the most important things to me. When I started I was going through a pretty tough patch in life and it definitely helped me to stay anchored to the ground, so to speak!”
Outside of art, Anna enjoys music, fashion, and studying different sciences.
“I’ve also recently picked up cooking and it’s made such a huge difference in my life, as well as being a nice break from working all the time!”
Anna derives inspiration from several renowned artists like Hiroshi Yoshida, Katsuhiro Otomo, and Taiyo Matsumoto. She is also inspired by those around her.
“I find that a lot of my close friends and art acquaintances are the most inspiring and always push me to do better and be a better person!”
You can support Anna by keeping up with her here on Tumblr, checking out her website, following her on Twitter, and buying some of her prints.
