Yesterday the Brazilian Governement launched the new images to be printed on cigarette packets and boxes. The idea is to bring aversion to the act of smoking, using images repugnant and shocking for the vast majority of people.

Brazil was the second country to adopt this practice, which exists since 2001. The Canada was the first country.
